Purcahse Maincor UFH Manifold with Flowmeters
Maincor 1 – 12 Port UFH manifolds are supplied complete with flowmeters for ease of commissioning. Also included within the manifold arrangement are fill and drain ports, automatic air vents and fixing brackets. Requires pipe connectors and 1″ ball valves, both are sold separately.
Basically the manifold permits for every single loop of UFH pipe at a building to be connected to and out of the manifold in a continuous length without the fixtures between, completely taking away the chance of joint escapes. When a fault is with an individual circuit or maintenance is needed that circuit could be switched’off’. The Maincor UFH manifolds are available in a variety of sizes which range from 1 to 12 interfaces. The manifolds have 1″ connections on the main in/outlets and also have 24/19 relations for the UFH Pipe.
The flow manifold (top header) includes balancing and isolation valves. Depending on the job of the white locking cap, when corrected, it will regulate the leak (you will observe the flow change in the glass window) or isolate the circuit. Thus the system will never need to get re-commissioned after the process if the need arises, system care may take place without losing the flow that’s set at stage. The manifold also has fill and drain automatic air vents and points to aid installation. There is Both vent manifold 172mm wide and for every additional port above this size add on 50mm to the width.

Underfloor Heating Manifold Locations:
Manifolds should be located centrally in the building if possible. It is crucial to make sure that there is access for maintenance or in case of a problem. Beneath stairs places that are good are in domestic situations, at the back of a kitchen cabinet, or in an airing cupboard on the first floor.
When there’s a necessity to conceal them away Manifolds could be located inside stud walls behind an access hatch, or inside a cabinet. When finding a consideration has to be given to minimise the quantity of heating from pipes passing through rooms.
Connecting a UFH Manifold:
The manifolds have 1″ relations on the principal in/outlets and also have 24/19 relations for the UFH Pipe. Before fitting the connectors the pipe will be bevelled by adding the bevelling tool and rotating the tool three full turns. This will definitely put a 45° chamber on the pipe and the pipe will be prepared to shoot the fitting.
