The Clark Drain recessed manhole cover and frame is built with a Polypropylene frame, which is built using entirely recycled materials. The integral lifting handle is tested to be able to withstand 120kg of direct lift. Another important feature worth noting is that the galvanised steel tray can be rotated to fit within the frame, as well as this the cover can also be turned in order to match the direction of the paving. This essentially means that the need to cut paving around a circular opening is eliminated.
