These 110mm drainage pipe hoppers are designed to deliver surface water into the drainage system. Their key role is to remove surface water from gathering and to remove any wastewater from alternative outlets and flow pipes directed towards them. From here it is passed into the underground drainage system, leaving the area dry and free from surface water pooling. These drains feature square or rectangular grids.

Manufactured from robust PVC plastic, they are supplied in the traditional brown colour associated with drain and sewerage products, with a simple and attractive black plastic grill/cover. Their robust construction will provide an incredibly long lifespan, straightforward installation and reliable operation.

The introduction of plastic drains over the old traditional cast iron grates and grills has simplified the manufacturing process and introduced much more cost-effective options. Also, plastic offers a lightweight product over its much heavier cast iron counterpart. Another advantage is plastic will operate without corrosion and a need for refinishing and painting.

The top grill, or grid, is removable, which makes access and clearing any debris incredibly easy.
