Buy a 114mm Square Line Guttering Stopend Outlet Here
Square guttering designs have become more and more popular since developers started to favour them in the 1980s. Now, square gutters are a common site in most parts of the UK – so we carry a huge range of square rainwater drainage systems to cover everything from quick DIY repair jobs, right through to full installations.
What does an end outlet do?
An end outlet is designed for gutter systems where the property’s drain aligns with the end of the guttering run – rather than somewhere close to the middle of the property (where a running outlet would be more appropriate).
Fitting an end outlet
Similar to half round installations, your end outlet should be the lowest point on a single guttering run – so, when you plan and measure your installation, you should start with the bracket that will be furthest from your outlet – and account for the right amount of fall (usually 3mm for every 1m) across the distance between this furthest end and the outlet.
Your end outlet does not need to be supported – but you should ensure that there’s a gutter bracket within 100mm-150mm of it’s mounting point.
When your gutter length is in place, you can clip your outlet onto the end. There’s no need for any weld or fixings to be used – the lugs at the front and rear will hold the length of cut pipe tight against the waterproof seal.
A range of colours available – and always great service
Although white guttering is the most popular colour choice – we can also support black plastic guttering and brown square guttering if required – and we can provide a range of half round options too.
