A flexible adaptor, made of rubber which can be used for joining a 89mm (3 inch) PVC pipe to a 60mm (2 inch) PVC pipe.
To create a water and airtight seal, tighten the jubilee clips at each end using a flat head screwdriver. Larger sizes are available for use with underground pipe.
