Buy a Manhole Riser Seal Spare Sealing Ring 320/470mm

For use with our budget 320mm/470mm manhole risers. Please note that our budget manhole risers do not come with a pre-lubricated sealing ring installed.

Every riser must be installed using a lubricated sealing ring (lubricant sold separately ) in order to guarantee a sealed manhole base impervious to water or gasses.

The entire manhole base system will lose any guarantees and won’t meet building regulations if they are not installed using a sealing ring included so please make sure that one is used with each riser. The small cost of adding a sealing ring is always worth the cost considering the cost of retrofitting should the system begin to leak, and as with all underground drainage systems it is important to stick with the same manufacturer for the whole installation so that the system is guaranteed.

To use these manhole riser seals, you simply need to fit it around the bottom spigot of your riser, this will create a water and airtight seal when the riser is pushed into your manhole inspection chamber.
