This is a solid top manhole cover and frame that features a circular opening in the frame with which to access the inspection chamber. The opening provides a secure fit for all major manufacturer’s plastic manhole bases. The manhole covers are corrosion resistant.

The ideal application for a product such as this is where landscaping or driveways feature square sections of paving yet the opening to the drain or sewer chamber is circular. There is no reason to patch a circular cover frame into the existing paving when this square conversion will carry out the task seamlessly.

These handy manhole covers can be rotated to match the direction of paving. It is ideal for any block paved, slabbed, tarmac, gravel or grassed areas providing perfect access to inspection chambers.

The square plastic manhole covers also feature a slip-resistant surface tread pattern. This delivers additional safety to an already outstanding product.

The clear opening size of this manhole cover can be chosen prior to installation by cutting down the stepped spigot/reducer on the underside of the lid with a fine toothed saw – size options – 220mm – 300mm.
